NOVELCAR continues in the tradition of investment departments of former ZTS corporation, which used to secure both construction and operation of production buildings – maintenance, modifications of premises, construction infrastructure for implementation of new production technology focused on production of electrical and electronic equipment and production of mechanic subassemblies for their final assembly within the industrial area in Nová Dubnica. For purpose of improvement and better efficiency, these activities were concentrated in the company NOVELCAR, which was established in 1994. The core business of the joint-stock company is creation of complex conditions for realization of production projects within the industrial area in Nová Dubnica including support of hostel services for workforce in own building. NOVELCAR is situated in the most industrialized region of central Považie. Significant producers within electrotechnical industry such as Enics Slovakia, KUK COILS Slovakia, Delta Electronics Slovakia, Power-One, Leoni Autokabel, Leoni Slowakia, Emerson and others based their operations directly in the precinct or its immediate surrounding. Connection with Bratislava is by highway (a distance of 130 km), railway crossing station in Trenčianska Teplá is situated 3 km from company`s headquarters. There is a convenient connection from abroad using the airports in Bratislava and Vienna.
